# Corrections and Update Log

See a wrong number? Tell us. We check it against the source, not the request, and log every change we make.

## Report a wrong number

### What happens next

1. **We check the source** within five working days.
2. **We fix it and log it** , and update any ranking it affects.
3. **Or we explain why not.** We never remove genuine reviews or change weights for one business.
